Additional Business Terms
Project Engagement
- All services will commence upon formal acceptance, receipt of relevant assets, and professional fees.
- Rouser Tech will not be held liable for losses or damages from software failure or project termination.
- Any legal proceedings will be held in New Delhi, India.
- Clients are responsible for providing all necessary assets, including legal rights for images, content, or third-party materials.
Payments & Refunds
- Payments are due as agreed in the proposal.
- Late payments attract a compounded monthly interest of 1.5%.
- No refunds on project cancellations after commencement.
- TDS certificates (if applicable) must be shared along with payments.
Employee & Resource Engagement
- Clients and Rouser Tech agree not to solicit each other’s employees for 24 months post-project.
- Dedicated resources are allocated based on availability and require consistent input from the client to avoid delays.
- A man-month equals 160 working hours. Excess usage beyond 15% may incur additional charges.
Website Development Terms
- All project scope and expectations should be clearly communicated at the start.
- Additional features post-proposal may attract extra costs.
- Rouser Tech will not be responsible for third-party tools or delays caused by third-party services.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift due to unforeseen issues.
Hosting & Domain Policies
- Hosting is billed annually in advance. Delays in renewal may lead to data loss.
- Hosting is provided through third-party vendors. Rouser Tech is not liable for service interruptions.
- Domain names must be renewed in advance. Expired domains are subject to loss or deletion.
- Email services are the client’s responsibility, including storage, backup, and compliance.
Maintenance Packages
- Packages are billed quarterly and include one support request (up to 20 man-hours) per month.
- Additional hours are charged at $15/hour.
- No refunds for maintenance plans.
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least one month in advance.
Final Notes
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rouser Tech. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version of these terms. We reserve the right to revise these conditions at any time.
