Rouser Tech’s Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Rouser Tech

At Rouser Tech, we strive to deliver top-notch services and an outstanding client experience. To maintain transparency and avoid any confusion, we’ve clearly outlined our refund policy below:

Project Planning & Milestones

Every project we undertake is guided by a well-defined scope and structured milestones. We begin with a thorough discovery phase to analyse requirements and outline deliverables. This ensures mutual agreement on expectations and minimizes the risk of cancellations, disputes, or miscommunications.

Non-Refundable Work

Due to the time, resources, and effort involved, completed milestones are non-refundable. Once a milestone is delivered and approved, it is deemed final and cannot be reversed or refunded.

Project Termination

If a project is mutually terminated, the client will retain rights to all work completed up to that point. However, payments made for upcoming or incomplete work will not be refunded, nor will any prior deposits.

Design Approval & Development Phase

Refunds are not available once design mock-ups are approved and development has commenced. Approval marks commitment to move forward, and cancellations are not accepted beyond this stage.

Mid-Milestone Cancellations

We do not offer partial refunds for work in progress. Any progress made during a milestone phase will be treated as final and billable.

Special Promotions & Limited-Time Offers

Promotional services or special offers from our marketing team are non-refundable and governed by the specific terms set at the time of purchase.

SEO & Digital Marketing Packages

SEO and digital marketing services are provided on a non-refundable basis. Clients may discontinue these services by providing a written 30-day notice. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

Abandoned or Dormant Projects

Projects that remain inactive or without client communication for over 30 days are considered abandoned. Deposits and payments on such projects are non-refundable. Work may be resumed upon review, but refunds will not be granted for delays or inactivity.
